There is no longer a ~weldon subtree on that server. Perhaps he graduated and didn't leave a forwarding URL.

Pluggers was hosted under the Jeff MacNelly home page. But he has passed the job of creating pluggers to Gary Brookins, editorial cartoonist for the Richmond Times Dispatch. There was no mention of a new URL.

The DNS entry still exists, but I haven't been able to contact the Web server or complete a traceroute since October, 1996. The IP address is assigned to UUnet, and the last host to respond to the traceroute is in the same class C subnet (but does not have a name registered with their DNS servers.)
